Trip Organizer

The organizer is the office of the Infocentre Český Krumlov - the incoming office. Excursions and trips can be purchased online or booked for later purchase within the organizer's reservation system in the Excursions, tours, and trips section.

BASIC INFORMATION AND RULES OF THE FACULTATIVE EXCURSIONS

• The excursions are arranged for the participants of the congress only
• The program will possible to book from 24th June 2022 via the reservation system at www.isu2022.ckrumlov.info
• The excursions are arranged for a limited capacity which is between 20 – 35 people
• The excursions will be realized in case of a minimal number of bookings till the announced date
• In case the excursion is canceled, the organizer will refund the full amount back within 30 days after the end of the congress (till 20th October 2022)
• The organizer does all the best to hold the program as offered, but in case of need the program is subject to change
• The excursions are coordinated by local tourist guides or local technical guides who take care of the participants during the program
• Cancellation of the excursions is possible every time (via e-mail), but a cancelation fee might be implied regarding the condition of each excursion

LANGUAGE OF THE SERVICE

• The excursions are arranged in English and often also in German language and in Czech in different times and tours
• In case the excursions in some language do not reach the min. number of participants, it would be possible to join the other language excursion in case of free capacity (will be coordinated by organizer)
